Exciting updates to our Compensation Plan are just around the corner! These enhancements will go into effect on November 1st to help you maximize your earning potential and grow your business more effectively.

In addition to in-depth trainings above, please mark your calendar for these upcoming training sessions:

• Oct 17: Customer Sharing, Launch, Team and Builder Bonuses!
• Oct 24: Learn more about the 6&2 Bonus!

All trainings will be held at noon MT (2pm EST) in the Tranont Mentoring group on Facebook. Don’t miss out on these valuable sessions to ensure you're fully prepared to take advantage of the upcoming enhancements!

TRANSITION Details:

• You need to personally enroll two new associates in October and personally have 200PV to be eligible for the Bonus Blitz Promo and get up to $19,000 (see below) through the end of this year!!  

• The volume for the bonus Blitz promo can only come from associates that you personally enroll in October and their Total team volume through December. Your enrollments in November and December will NOT count towards your bonus Blitz (*unless you joined in October, then your Nov and Dec enrollments do count.) so you want to enroll as many new associates in October as you can!! Let's Do This!!!!!  All of your personally sponsored associates in Oct (which need to be a minimum of 2) and all the accumulation of their GV will count towards your builder bonuses through December.  

• The volume from your existing team who joined before October 2024 will NOT count towards this Bonus Blitz.  Only volume from NEW associates that join with you in October and their entire team volume through December counts towards your Bonus Blitz!

• Any volume placed in your team from an upline member does NOT count towards the bonus blitz. 

• The volume from October will roll into November and into December!  So even if you don't reach the 6,000 in volume to unlock the $1,000 bonus in October, any volume from your NEW team in October will roll into November and December!  BUT you must get your 2 NEW associates and have 200pv in October or you will not get access to ANY of these bonuses! 

• ALL associates who joined before Nov 1st 2024 (and ONLY those associates) have 8 FULL months (June 2025) to reach Diamond and get the $20,000 BONUS!   Can also get the other lower rank bonuses too based on the time-frame on the comp plan doc for each rank. (Example: $1,000 Jade bonus in first full month) 

STARTING NOVEMBER 1ST:

* Only associates who join starting Nov 1st 2024 can participate in the 6&2 bonuses. 

* The Builder Bonus volume is ONLY based on volume from the sponsorship line and does not count volume that is placed under an associate from their upline.
